• Common "Standard" European 170 degree hinge. By using the overlay chart at the link below and choosing the correct mounting plate for the "bore distance" drilled on your door, you can use this hinge to replace just about any brand of current or obsolete standard European 165 or 170 degree hinge (straight arm type). When replacing existing hinges, always replace both hinges and both mounting plates on the door.

• The overlay is achieved using a combination of the hinge bore distance and the mounting plate that you chose.
• The bore distance is the distance from the edge of the cup drilled in the back of the door and the edge of the door.
• With this hinge, you can use any bore distance from 3 mm to 8 mm (1/8" to 5/16").
• Mounting plates, use one of the following mounting plates for face frame cabinets
