  • Securing of tank covers by bolting/fastening was introduced & fully implemented in 2011.
  • This involves the installation of a bracket onto the tank cover using SS304 38mm x 3mm thick flat bar.
  • A base piece of equivalent material and M8 bolt is fastened onto the tank with 2.3mm thick 3M VHB tape, without drilling. 
  • The bracket is then bolted onto the base plate with tapered round nut, which can only be opened with a hook wrench or C-tool.
  • Abloy SENTRY PL321 50MM Stainless Steel Padlock fulfills the additional requirements as a High Security Lock With Non-Duplicable Keys.
