  • 1. Place your cell tray in the outer container and fill up each cell with the soil provided leaving.
  • 2. Spray/wet the soil so that it is moist. 
  • 3. Sprinkle a pinch of seeds (10-20) on the top of the soil in each cell evenly.
  • 4. Spray the seeds once more if need so they are wet.
  • 5. Place the dome on the top with its went closed, and put the tray in a dark spot for 2-4 days.
  • 6. Around day 4 most of your seeds will germinate and have 2 cotyledons emerging. Place the tray next to a window or where there is bright light.
  • 7. Add -3cm of water to the bottom tray and open the air vent (you may remove the lid after all seed have germinated).
  • 8. Regularly check on the microgreens and water level of bottom tray.
