How to prepare the planter:
Put the wicks through the larger holes of the inner pot.
Add pebbles (gravel, expanded clay, etc.) as a first layer.
Cover the pebble layer with a sand substrate.
Cover the sand layer with compost or substrate.
Open the lid and fill the water container up to the level of the drain.
Put seeds or seedlings in the soil.
